Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. diced apples
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Sprinkle baking soda over diced apples.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
Add cinnamon, salt and vanilla.
