Shrimp Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add butter and place over medium-low heat. Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until vegetables are just tender, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and lemon juice. Cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes until shrimp are done.
    Stir in tomatoes and pepper to taste.
    Serve over vermicelli.
