Pork Chop-Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    4 c. thin sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet.
    Blend soup, sour cream and water together.
    Alternate layers of chops and potatoes (seasoned with salt and pepper).
    Top layer should be chops and sauce.
    Cover (2-quart casserole dish) with lid or aluminum foil.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
