Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 onion, minced
1 bell pepper, minced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Peel and slice carrots.
Cook in salted water until tender. Mix onion and pepper together.
In bowl, alternate carrots with onion mixture.
In blender, mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard (may be mixed up with mixer). Pour on top of carrots.
Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
