Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up chicken
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. instant potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    with
    milk
    in mixing bowl.\tSalt and pepper each piece
    of
    chicken and put into egg mixture.
    Turn until all covered.
    Into a plastic bag put dry instant potatoes and shake one to two pieces at a time until well coated.
    Place on shallow baking
    pan or cookie sheet which has been greased or sprayed with
    Pam.\tBake
    at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Turn each piece and bake another 20 to 25 minutes, until browned.
