Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh collards, cleaned and chopped
    ham hock
    1 c. chopped onion
    water
    2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Cover ham hock with water, add onion and bring to a boil. Cook approximately 15 minutes.
    Add white wine, soy sauce and hot sauce; then add collards and cook for 2 hours.
