Ranch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) box Kraft scalloped potatoes and cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Ranchers Choice creamy dressing
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. bacon slices, crumbled
Preparation
    Bring 2 1/4 cups cold water to a boil.
    Add potatoes; simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed.
    Stir in sauce mix and milk; simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until sauce thickens and cool.
    Stir in dressing, Velveeta cheese, green pepper and onion.
    Chill.
    Top with bacon. Serves 8.
