Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 beaten eggs
    1 c. cheese
    5 slices day old bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all in casserole (rather shallow); soak overnight.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
