Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 summer squash--cooked and cubed
    1 onion
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup dry roasted peanuts
    2 boxes stuffing mix
    1/2 cup butter--melted
    1 egg beaten
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix stuffing mix with butter, onion, carrots and peanuts.
    Add egg and squash.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
