Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salad potatoes
    1 strip bacon
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salad mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green or red peppers, chopped
    seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; peel and dice.
    Add vinegar and seasonings.
    Let marinate several hours.
    Dice bacon and fry in top of double boiler until crisp.
    Remove bacon bits.
    Add sugar and mustard.
