Mexican Cheese Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. Velveeta cheese
 
12 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. firmly chopped pecans
3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder or to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Let cheeses soften to room temperature.
 
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Shape in long rolls and roll in chili powder.
Refrigerate.
Slice and serve on crackers.
