Sugar-Free Thick Strawberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 packets Equal
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
    Serve at once.
    Makes approximately one 12 ounce serving.
