Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and shred coarsely.
    In a saucepan, combine cheese and butter.
    Stir until almost melted and remove from heat.
    Blend in sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
