Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy; add all ingredients together, except cheese.
Mix well.
Pour into oblong 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0; top with grated cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
(This casserole reheats well.)
