Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers
2 boiled chickens or 6 breasts, deboned
2 cans chicken soup
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
2 to 3 c. chicken broth
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation

Melt oleo in large ovenproof dish.
Pour out oleo and save. Crush Ritz crackers and place half in dish.
Put half deboned and cut up chicken over crackers.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon poppy seed over chicken.
Mix soups, sour cream, broth (to thin) and water chestnuts.
Pour over chicken.
Repeat layer of chicken, poppy seed and soup mixture.
Sprinkle remaining Ritz on top.
Pour melted oleo over top and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
