Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onion (with tops)
2 small (1 c.) shredded zucchini
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
Add garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
Set aside. Generously spread butter on sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with wheat germ. Top with layer of Swiss cheese followed by onion, then zucchini. Sprinkle with milk and then pour over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until center is set.
Remove from heat and cool.
