Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
8 oz. sour cream
1 carton salsa
Preparation

Use a little oil or Pam to spray frypan.
Brown chicken on both sides.
Add salsa; cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add sour cream; cook for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
Serves 3 to 5 persons.
