Penuchi Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
Preparation
-
Cook sugar and milk until a soft ball forms when dropped in ice water.
Remove from fire.
Stir until it becomes creamy.
Add vanilla, butter and pecans.
Continue stirring until nuts separate and are covered with sugar coating.
