Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 firm tomatoes
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
3 cans or bags sweet yellow corn
1 pat butter
Preparation
-
Warm corn, sweet pepper and butter in saucepan while coring tomatoes.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put tomatoes in baking dish and fill with corn mixture (drained).
Heat in oven long enough to heat tomatoes, about 8 or 9 minutes.
Serve.
