Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    4 green onions, sliced
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salad seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim off leaves of broccoli.
    Remove tough ends of stalks. Wash and chop coarsely.
    Add onions, eggs and carrots to broccoli and toss.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Pour over broccoli mixture and toss gently.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 12 servings.
    Will keep 3 or 4 days in refrigerator.
