Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream lard and sugar, blend in molasses, sour cream and vanilla.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Roll out on generously floured surface.
    Cut.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
