Casserole Of Pork Chops Or Chicken On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops or chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    2 c. boiled rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease skillet.
    Brown meat on both sides.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine rice, onion, celery, soup and milk.
    Put rice in greased casserole dish; lay meat on top.
    Drizzle a little meat juice that cooked out on top.
    Cover.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or longer.
    Serves 4.
