Hot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (Velveeta or American)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small can jalapeno peppers (remove stem and seeds; chop fine)
Preparation
    Mix rice, butter and sour cream together.
    In a greased casserole dish, place a layer of rice, then a layer of peppers and a layer of cheese.
    Repeat, following steps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
