Pickled Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh green beans
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

To each gallon of fresh green beans add vinegar and sugar. Cover with water and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Pack in quart jars with 1 tablespoon salt per jar.
Seal.
Rinse beans thoroughly before cooking.
