Momo'S Seasoned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    12 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
    Boil until tender (do not add any salt).
    Pour off water, leaving about 2 inches in bottom of pan.
    Melt butter.
    Add to butter the seasoned salt and flour, stirring constantly.
    Add evaporated milk; stir until boils.
    Pour over cooked potatoes (and left over water) and let simmer for couple of minutes.
