Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoepeg corn (11 oz.), drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can green chilies
    a little garlic powder
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
