Avocado Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked shelled eggs, diced
    4 strips bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 large avocados, halved and pitted
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. bottled mustard or to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bacon and onion.
    Cut and scoop avocado pulp and mash with a fork or large plate.
    Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, prepared mustard and salt.
    Add egg mixture; spoon into pretty glass cups.
    Garnish with leaf of lettuce.
