Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 apples
    4 oranges or 2 cans Mandarin oranges
    4 bananas
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1 medium can lite peaches, chopped (reserve 1 c. juice)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1 c. juice)
    3 oz. sugarless vanilla pudding
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pudding with 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup peach juice. Stir until it thickens.
    Add all fruits and nuts.
    Chill.
    When ready to serve, fold in Cool Whip.
