Thelma And Juanita'S Made Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. coconut
apple butter or preserves

Preparation

Mix together all but apple butter or preserves.
Then pour apple butter or whatever you use in on top of the cake mix you pour in pan.
Just use half.
Do the other half the same way. Bake until golden brown at 200\u00b0.
