Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
4 stalks chopped celery
2 cans chopped water chestnuts
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 medium onion
1 box frozen peas
1 c. minute rice
2/3 pkg. cornbread stuffing
Preparation

Brown sausage until done.
Drain well.
Add all other ingredients except stuffing and stir well.
Cover with stuffing. Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hr. or until \"set\".
