Lemon Nut Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice and grated rind of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. concentrated lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
4 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine lemon juice and rind, sugar, egg yolks and butter. Cook in double boiler, stirring until thick.
Cool; stir in nuts.
