Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    15 1/2 oz. pizza sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion.
    Pour off fat, blend in pizza sauce and garlic powder.
    Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
    Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. (Mushrooms, bell pepper strips, Italian sausage or Canadian bacon can be added.) Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
