Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. frozen okra (10 oz.)
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 tsp. all-purpose flour
    3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams, chopped
    5 c. water
    1 (29 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2/3 c. barley
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    drop of red pepper sauce
    dash of cayenne
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 pkg. crab meat (6 oz.)
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, melt butter.
    Saute okra and garlic until tender.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Drain liquid from clams and keep clams in covered container in refrigerator.
    Add clam liquid, water, tomatoes, tomato paste, barley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce and cayenne to saucepan.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Simmer over low heat for abou 1 hour or until barley is tender.
    Just before serving, add clams, shrimp and crabmeat.
    Simmer just until shrimp become opaque.
    Do not overcook.
