Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and then rinse
    in hot water.
    In medium saucepan, melt cheese over very low heat.
    Add ground beef, taco seasoning mix and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    To keep warm, pour dip into small crock-pot.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
