Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar mushrooms
1 small pkg. egg noodles or 1/2 large pkg.
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
sweet milk
Preparation

Brown chuck.
Add onion.
Simmer until onion is tender.
Drain grease.
Add mushroom soup, sour cream and milk.
Stir.
Let simmer.
Add more milk as needed to keep gravy thinned and prevent sticking. Stir cooked and drained noodles into meat mixture.
When heating from leftovers, always add more milk.
