Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 onions, sliced
1 unbaked pie shell
salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. cream
pepper
Preparation

Use enough finely sliced onions to fill the pie shell.
Place in boil.
Sprinkle with salt and let stand 15 minutes.
Drain and place in pie shell.
Sprinkle flour over onions and add cream. Stir gently with fork and then dot with butter.
Sprinkle with pepper and bake at 400\u00b0 until nice and brown (about 45 minutes). Serve warm.
