Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 Tbsp. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and add cream of tartar.
    Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
    Whip egg yolks and add to cottage cheese mixture.
    Fold into egg whites.
    Pour into skillet as you would pancakes and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
