Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    6 large onions
    2 celery stalks
    carrots (optional)
    1/2 c. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Put tomatoes through sieve.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and can.
    I can all my tomato juice this way.
    It's a lot better to use in stuff than plain juice.
