Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; season with salt and pepper. Spread in 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with Cheddar cheese, then diced chiles over Cheddar, then Monterey Jack cheese over chiles. Combine milk, flour and eggs in a bowl and mix well with wire whisk.
    Pour mixture over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
    Top with tomato sauce and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
