Brunch Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hard-boiled eggs
    1/3 c. mayo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
    1 soup can milk or sour cream
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half.
    Mix together yolks, mayo, salt, curry, paprika and mustard.
    Stuff eggs with mix.
    Fill a 6 x 10-inch pan with eggs.
    Mix remaining ingredients together ( except 1/4 cup cheese and 1 cup croutons).
    Pour mix over eggs.
    Top with croutons and remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
