Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Crumble
    yeast;
    add
    sugar, salt and water.
    Mix; then add beaten
    eggs,
    1/2 the flour; add shortening and remaining flour; mix
    well.
    Let
    rise for about 3 hours or more.
    Punch down and make into rolls.
    Place rolls on greased pan and let rise again before cooking at 400\u00b0.
    Bake until golden brown.
