Perfect Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1/4 to 1/2 c. Swiss cheese mixed with 1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped ham
1/4 to 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten well
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine cheese, chopped ham and green onions and put on the bottom of the unbaked crust.
Combine remaining ingredients. Add this to pie crust.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes, until center is puffy and nicely browned.
