Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 medium green pepper
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    6 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    shredded sharp yellow or white cheese
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can tomato paste
    lettuce
    onion
    tomato
    tomato paste
    green pepper
    taco shells (either frozen or boxed)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, green pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, cumin, garlic powder, pepper and oregano.
    After browned, add sauce and paste.
    Cook for 8 hours.
    \"The longer to cook, the better to taste.\"
    In separate bowls dice up lettuce, onion, tomato, green pepper and cheese.
