Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
4 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Press 3/4 of crumb mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour rhubarb mixture over crumbs.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over rhubarb.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
