Mary'S Tofu Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 blk. Hinoichi tofu (soft green box)
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 large lemon or lime Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    2 Keebler graham pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all together with electric beater.
    Pour into pie crust and refrigerate.
    Poke air holes with toothpicks.
