Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green tomatoes, sliced thick
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    fine bread crumbs
    oil
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Coat tomato slices with flour, dip into egg seasoned with salt and pepper, then into bread crumbs, brown on both sides in lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
