Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pecan pieces
    1/4 c. flax seed
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. DATE BUTTER
    1/2 c. barley malt powder
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. arrowroot powder or cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Toast pecans at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Place in unbaked pie shell.
    Blend flax seed with 1/4 cup warm water.
    Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water as it thickens while blending.
    Pour mixture into bowl.
