Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    salt and pepper (as desired)
    1/2 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    16 oz. roll garlic cheese
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    crumbled bacon (for top)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, seasoning as desired with salt and pepper. Drain. Saute the onion in the butter.
