Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 small green onions with tops, chopped
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Remove mushroom stems and chop finely.
    Saute chopped mushrooms and onions lightly in skillet in a small amount of oil. Add bread cubes, garlic salt and lemon juice, tossing to mix. Stir in egg and simmer for 1 minute.
    Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
    Arrange in oiled baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or microwave for 4 minutes.
