Chocolate Creme De Menthe Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

28 large marshmallows
2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
18 chocolate Oreo cookies, rolled
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped or 1 pkg. Dream Whip

Preparation

Combine milk and marshmallows in double boiler; cook until dissolved.
Cool thoroughly.
Add creme de menthe.
Combine crushed cookies and butter.
Mix well, then press in an 8-inch pie pan.
Fold the whipped cream into marshmallow mixture.
Pour in shell and sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
Chill at least 5 hours before serving.
